Current Responsibilities
Tony DelDotto has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than nine years, specializing in commercial real estate in the Twin Cities south metro market.

The focus of his business is providing comprehensive real estate analysis to company owners and real estate investors. Services include tenant and landlord representation, land/building acquisition or disposition, new development and investment property analysis.

Tony was awarded the company’s Rising Star Award in 2002 and subsequently was nominated and voted for by his peers to receive the industry’s Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Association (MNCAR) Rising Star Award in 2004.

Tony was named to the NorthMarq Offshore Club in 2006 and was recognized as a member of the top “Forty under 40” by the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal in 2007. In 2008 Tony received NorthMarq’s annual Community Service Award.

Tony has a fast-growing list of clients which includes RREEF Management Company, Investors Real Estate Trust, United Properties, J.B. O’Meara, Cutting Edge Creations, Bluewater Direct, LCH Packaging, Lettieri’s Inc, J & B Importers and Foth & Van Dyke.

Past Experience
Prior to NorthMarq, Tony was an industrial real estate broker for The Lundy Group in Raleigh, North Carolina. Throughout the Research Triangle Park (RTP), he represented numerous companies, including BellSouth Mobility, in the relocation process.

Professional and Community Involvement
Tony is the current president of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). His previous MNCAR leadership experience includes serving on the Board of Directors, the MNCAR Exchange Board and the Executive Committee.

He is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), former vice president of Toastmasters International and co-founder of Big Ten Speakers.

Tony is also a founder and past president of a non-profit organization called Vision for Business. The five-year-old organization provides scholarships and mentoring opportunities to inner-city youth (www.visionforbusiness.org).


Education
He is a graduate of Burnsville High School and the University of North Dakota. He attended UND on an athletic scholarship and graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance.
